NUS is registered under Section 25 of Company's Act (now under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013). The elected President, Vice President, Hon. Secretary and Hon. Treasurer are the Board of Directors of the Company beside the other nominated Directors and co-opted Directors.
NUS implement all the infrastructural Development Projects like Roads, Storm Water Drainage facilities, Street Lights, Cleaning & Greening, Disaster Management etc. in the Estate of Naroda.
